- ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - CONTRACTING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING FOR THE ELABORATION OF TECHNICAL DESIGNS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NOT PAVED STREET INTRODUCTION The Honduran Institute of Sciences, Technology and Innovation (SENACIT/IHCIETI) perform a strategic role in the promotion of initiatives Oriented to strengthen the country's scientific and technological infrastructure, especially in areas linked to agricultural and rural development. As part of the efforts to consolidate spaces for applied research, technical training and agroindustrial production, Senacit/Ihcieti drives the Strengthening of the pig and poultry experimental center located in Jutiapa, Atlantida. However, one of the main limitations for the operability of the center is the poor state of the access road: an unpaved land street, with progressive deterioration and high vulnerability to floods In rainy season, which hinders the transit of personnel, supplies and equipment. In this context, the present consulting is intended to develop studies and technical designs that offer comprehensive and sustainable solutions for the improvement of this route.
