INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND FOR THE CONSULTING In the constant search to strengthen the presence and relevance of the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACIT) and the Honduran Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (IHCIETI), we have proposed to enhance digital efficiency in the creation of content, both printed and digital, to boost institutional projection. During the years 2022 and 2023, SENACIT has led the didesign, creation and revitalization of its official website, with the aim of strengthening the institutional brand, communicating projects and achievements, as well as promoting interaction with users. In this relaunch process, the prevailing need arises to have trained professionals in thecomputerized systematization and graphic design activities, essential elements for the effective implementation of communication strategies, visibility and continuous improvement in terms of learning and professionalism.
