LOMA LINDA NORTE, AVENIDA LA FAO.* PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF 65 MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERS AND DTHE WINDOW FROM 9,000 TO 60,000 BTU, MAY VARY BETWEEN 5 MORE IN THE MAIN BUILDING AND THE SEED PLANT, MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) BI-MONTHLY TECHNICAL REVIEW FROM MAY TO DECEMBER 5 REVIEWS IN THE YEAR OF AIR CONDITIONERS PERFORMING EQUIPMENT CLEANING, REFRIGERANT PRESSURE CHECK1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997E, AMPERAGE, TEMPERATURES, REVIEW OF CONNECTIONS AND TERMINALS OF THE INTERNAL ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC SYSTEM OF THE APPLIANCES, WITH TECHNICAL REVIEW REPORT FOR EACH UNIT. 2) LABOR INCLUDED 3) EVERYTHING REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDED ACCORDING TO QUOTATIONON 4) ATTENTION OF ANY EMERGENCY CALL OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE CHECKS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR DICTATION WITHIN A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH ONCE THE MAINTENANCE IS CARRIED OUT. 5) IN CASE OF REPAIRS THAT REQUIRE SPARE PARTS GREATER THAN 1,000 LEMPIRAS, THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY THE VALUE OF THE SPARE PARTSTOS AND MATERIALS TO USE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LABOR. 6) TECHNICAL REPORTS WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH MAINTENANCE VISIT 7) SUBMIT TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS COLLECTED AT SITES OF EACH UNIT 8) TECHNICAL CAPACITY TO CARRY OUT WORK TO INSTALL AND REMOVE UNITS IN BAD CONDITION...
