- Assisted automatic packaging services - REQUESTED: Uninstallation, packaging and transfer of a TOMOGRAPH is required: Brand: GENERAL ELECTRIC, Model: BRIGHTSPEED, Series: 234538, Color: White/Blue, The company must have all the tools necessary for this process, including Dollys, mule/truck, forklifts and/or any other tools considered necessary. Once uninstalled, the equipment must be labeled, packed in plastic and packed in wooden boxes, this includes the gantry, the table, the PDU, the console and all the components and accessories that make up the equipment, in addition to submitting a report or withdrawal certificate that includes an inventory of removed parts and components. The company must be responsible for covering the repair costs for any damage caused to hospital facilities during the transfer of the equipment to the designated area. The above is requested by the Surgical Medical Warehouse and the Biomedical area of this healthcare center. The tomograph referred is currently in the X-ray area facilities of this healthcare center. If considered necessary, it is recommended to visit said area to verify its location and physical condition.
