- Backup or archiving software - DEAR SUPPLIERS, WE ARE REQUESTING THE CONTRACT OF THE SPECIALIZED SCANNING SERVICE, WHICH HAS THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: -THE ESTIMATED VOLUME IS 400,000 PAGES OF WHICH APPROXIMATELY 50% IS BASED, SO A SPECIAL MACHINE IS REQUIRED TO SCAN BASED DOCUMENTS. -THE SCANNING PLACE MUST BE CARRIED OUT AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES OF BANASUPRO. -BANASUPRO WILL PROVIDE 1 COMPUTER FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE. SEND QUOTES IN PHYSICAL OR TO THE EMAIL katy.diaz@banasupro.hn ADDING THE DELIVERY TIME, WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION: 1-PROOF OF STATE SUPPLIERS 2-PROOF OF SIAFI PIN 3-RTN OF THE COMPANY.
