- Invitation to tender (IAL) UNDP-HND-00273 CONSTRUCTION OF THE REGIONAL CIVIL REGISTRY (RCR) of Chemistan, Santa Barbarael United Nations Development Program (UNDP), promotes the scope of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Human Rights and Gender Equality, throughof technical assistance in order to achieve sustainable human development through the closure of gaps so that no one is left behind. As part of its programmatic framework, UNDP has signed with the National Personal Registry (RNP), the RNP institutional strengthening project calledProfin, framed in the process of modernization and strengthening of the RNP as part of its 2019-2023 Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI). This project document contributes to the ODS 9 and 16 where the right to identity is the enabler of access to other social rights such as theHealth and education, and where technological innovation plays a very relevant role.
