Catering Services - Hiring of a company for the elaboration of 170 Coffee Break with the following menu: Sandwich Club, Tartlet and Juice. These must be delivered on May 15, 2025 in the Institute Auditorium at 2:30 PM. According to Memorando UH-382-2025. IMPORTANT: LasQuotations must contain name or social reason for the company RTN, signature and seal, contact, address and that is within the established date Note: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of the Organic Law of theINJUPEMP, it is considered that the INJUPEMP is entitled to the exemption of the payment of sales tax, as stipulated in article 16 of the current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures forEnjoy this benefit to exempted sales tax.
