Recommendations: 1. Include cold natural juices (in dispensers, as well as packaged juices) 2. Use of fabric napkins and glass vessels. 3. Fine trays for theFood service. 4. The snacks and desserts must be served in individual elegant presentation containers, suitable for formal banquets (cups or fine acrylic cups) guaranteeing aesthetics according to the level of the event. 5. Disposable food quality packagingindividual, if necessary by protocol. The proposed menu must be subject to review and approval. The assembly and food must be ready for Thursday, May 22 at 9:00 am.
