" -The proposal must be sent in the name of the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Decentralization, With RTN: 08019999006837 at the Purchasing Office of the External Cooperation Unit located at the Jose Government Civic Center Cecilio Del Valle, Torre 2, 16th floor, Tegucigalpa M.D.C.; With a schedule from 9:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m. Note: RTN, current fiscal solvency and Pin Siafi. The award will be made to the supplier that presents the most economical or advantageous offer as a result of the objective evaluation of the price and the other factors provided for in articles 51 and 52 of the State Contracting Law.
