Conference centers - THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT REQUESTED Event room and food service for the development of the Workshop, in the central area of Tegucigalpa, with food service, parking, room for workshop development and kitchenware, detailed below: Spaces: Conference room with capacity for at least 80 people with set-up with round tables for 10 people per table, Tiffany style chairs, tablecloths, plate holders, cutlery and cloth napkins, with air conditioning, bathrooms with at least 3 stations for men and women near the living room. Approximate measurements of the training room: 28x6m. Rectangular table with tablecloth for registration and 3 chairs, at the entrance to the living room. Food Service for 80 people that includes: Sufficient service personnel for the number of participants. Water, juice, coffee and cookies station, permanent in the training area. Breakfast served at the table that includes: Fruit bowl starter with granola and honey. Typical style breakfast that includes at least: Beans, egg, banana, ham, avocado, cheese, butter and tortillas (Open to Hotel recommendations). Unlimited coffee and natural juices to accompany breakfast. To be served at 9:30 a.m. Audiovisuals: Audio and video system, wireless microphones (2), projection screen and projector with excellent image quality.
