- Conference centers - THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT REQUESTED: Hotel room for events. A hotel in Tegucigalpa is required with a fully furnished room with a comfortable capacity for 80 people in an auditorium style configuration without a platform, good lighting, chairs with covers, 3 tables with decorative tablecloths, one located at the front of the room for the IT team with 3 chairs, one located at the entrance of the room for registration of participants and another for a beverage station, tablecloths, podium, air conditioning and high-quality audiovisuals: two projectors with long HDMI cable, three microphones, two screens and at least two speakers. With permanent and unlimited soda, water and coffee station with cookies, cream, sugar, milk lactose-free, hot tea, buffet style with its dishes served in the same room with a minimum of 1 month standing and its table. It must have access to separate bathrooms for men and women with capacity for a minimum of 3 people each with water, soap. hands and permanent and unlimited toilet paper. Dining area separated from the living room, with a maximum of 10 people per table with comfortable chairs. The hotel must provide a coffee break with a minimum of 4 bites for 80 people, three salads, a sweet and at 12:30 noon it will provide a complete and comfortable lunch for 80 people: starter, side dish, two proteins and salad, with dessert and unlimited drinks, all served in the food area...
