Construction or creation of trade fair stands - The hiring of a company specialized in the design, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly of stands and modular structures for corporate events and exhibitions is requested, the service is required within the framework of the III Ibero-American Tourism Forum, in the facilities of the Copantl Convention Center in the city of San Pedro Sula, the service is required on the dates of June 1 to 3, 2026. The assembly must be carried out on May 31, 2026 during the morning according to the logistics and schedules established by the organizers. Companies must have proven experience in the manufacture and installation of stands, displays, modular structures and furniture for corporate events, and high-level exhibitions, guaranteeing operational capacity, compliance with technical standards, high-quality architectural finishes and qualified technical personnel for correct execution. Likewise, they must have tools, equipment specialized, transportation and all materials, structures, fixing systems, lighting, finishes, furniture and accessories necessary to ensure a safe, functional and aesthetically aligned installation with the approved designs, guaranteeing structural stability, operational safety, clean finishes and optimal presentation and operating conditions during the development of the event.
