Human Resources Development in the Health Sector - Acquisition of Workshop and Training Team Building for the staff of the Health Regulation Agency (Arsa) at the national level, according to the following detail: • Course name: Workshop and Training Team Building • Objective: Strengthen Teamwork, effective communication and the sense of institutional belonging. • Aimed at: o 10 groups in the central area (Francisco Morazan and/or Comayagua) and; or 2 groups in the northern zone (San Pedro Sula) or each group between 35 to 40 collaborators per group • Start date: 10 to 31 of July 2025, the dates can be adjusted prior coordination with the Arsa. Any change will be notified in advance. • Hours: 4 hours for each session • Modality: face -to -face • Agenda: o communication or leadership or resolution of conflicts or creativity and innovation • Requirements of the supplier: The supplier must include all the necessary resources for the correct implementation of the workshop, including: o facilitators specialized in equipment integration and development dynamics. o Didactic materials and resources for group activities. or basic logistics For each session (materials, setting, etc.). or diplomas or records of participation. or detailed methodology to be used, preferably based on experiential dynamics. • The course proposal must contain at least: o Total hourly load or detail of the agenda or proposal of Hours ...
