- Diesel - 28,000 GALLONS OF DIESEL FOR GENERATION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR HYBRID PLANT LOCATED IN GUANAJA, DEPARTMENT OF ISLANDS OF THE BAY, FUELS WHICH SHALL BE SUPPLIED THROUGH PARTIAL DELIVERIES IN THE STORAGE TANKS IN LAS GUANAJA, QUOTES MUST BE DELIVERED IN SEALED ENVELOPES, SIGNED WITHOUT BLEARS OR STAINS. __________________________________________________________________________DUE TO THE ABOVE, IT IS REQUESTED TO START THE DIESEL FUEL PURCHASE PROCESS POSITION ON SITE FOR THE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC HYBRID GENERATION PLANT IN GUANAJA, ADMINISTERED BY ENEE; AND ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT NATIONAL REGULATIONS, COMPLYING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WITH THE FOLLOWING: 1. PROVIDE THE DIESEL FUEL AND MOBILIZE IT TO THE SITE OF THE GENERATION PLANT IN BRUS LAGUNA; THIS FUEL MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE STORAGE TANKS, THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND OTHER IMPLICATIONS THAT ARE GENERATED BY THE WORK. DONE. 2. AVAILABLE OF THE ELEMENTS, LOGISTICS, PHYSICAL SPACE, AND OTHERS; NECESSARY FOR THE CONTAINMENT OF THE FUEL, AS WELL AS FOR THE MOBILIZATION UNTIL IT IS DEPOSITED IN THE STORAGE TANKS. 3. ENSURE THAT THE FUEL WILL NOT BE CONTAMINATED DURING HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION, UNTIL BEING DEPOSED IN THE STORAGE TANKS ON THE SITE. 4.
