Diesel - 40,000 GALLONS OF DIESEL FOR GENERATION OF THE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC HYBRID PLANT LOCATED IN BRUS LAGUNA, THANK GOD DEPARTMENT, FUELS THAT SHALL BE SUPPLIED THROUGH PARTIAL DELIVERIES IN THE STORAGE TANKS IN BRUS LAGUNA, QUOTES MUST BE DELIVERED IN SEALED ENVELOPES, SIGNED WITHOUT BLEARS OR STAINS. _DUE THERE IS NO STRUCTURE PRICE FOR BRUS LAGUNA, THANK GOD, THE OFFER FORM, STRUCTURE PRICE FOR THE CITY OF LA CEIBA, MUST BE SUBMITTED, LESS DISCOUNT OFFERED PER GALLON. ________________________________________________________________________ FOR THE ABOVE, IT IS REQUESTED TO START THE PURCHASE PROCESS OF DIESEL FUEL PLACED ON SITE FOR THE SOLAR HYBRID GENERATION PLANT PHOTOVOLTAIC IN BRUS LAGUNA, ADMINISTERED BY ENEE; AND ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT NATIONAL REGULATIONS, FULFILLING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FOLLOWING: 1. PROVIDING THE DIESEL FUEL AND MOBILIZING IT TO THE SITE OF THE GENERATION PLANT IN BRUS LAGUNA; THIS FUEL MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE STORAGE TANKS, THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND OTHER IMPLICATIONS THAT ARE GENERATED BY THE WORK PERFORMED. 2. AVAILABLE OF THE ELEMENTS, LOGISTICS, SPACE PHYSICAL, AND OTHERS; NECESSARY FOR THE CONTAINMENT OF THE FUEL, AS WELL AS FOR THE MOBILIZATION UNTIL IT IS DEPOSITED IN THE STORAGE TANKS. 3.
