Disinfection or deodorization services - DEAR SUPPLIERS, WE ARE REQUESTING THE CONTRACT OF THE DEEP CLEANING SERVICE FOR A SMALL WAREHOUSE LOCATED INSIDE THE CORTIJO COMAYAGUELA WINERY WITH DIMENSIONS 5X4 METERS (20 SQUARE MTS) THE TASKS TO BE PERFORMED ARE: -EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF THE WAREHOUSE CEILING (MEZZANINE) AND GIVING IT THE MAINTENANCE IT REQUIRES. -CLEANING OF THE METAL BEAMS OF THE CEILING, CORNERS, REMOVAL OF SPIDER WEBS, CLEANING OF SPOTLIGHTS, LAMPS AND SHELVES. -REMOVAL OF ALL INFORMATION IN ORDER FROM TOP DOWN, BOOK BY BOOK, BOX BY BOX. -DRY CLEANING OF DOCUMENTS WITH MICROFIBER. -ONCE THE SURFACES ARE CLEAN, THE DOCUMENTS ARE CLEAN, THE NEW SHELVES ARE ASSEMBLED AND PLACED, REPLACE THE DOCUMENTS IN THE CORRESPONDING ORDER ORDERING THE VOLUMES BY COLOR AND THE DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NOT IN VOLUME, PACK THEM INSIDE THE TRANSPARENT PLASTIC BAGS IN ORDER TO STORAGE THE DOCUMENTATION. -FINALLY, SWEEP THE FLOORS WITH TECHNIQUE WET, REMOVAL OF ALL THE DIRT PRODUCED, REMOVE RESIDUES OF BAIT FOR RODENTS AND DEAD ANIMALS THAT ARE FOUND. TO USE LIQUID DISINFECTANTS, THEY SHOULD BE APPLIED USING SPRAYS. NO DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE LEFT DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT PPE: EVERY PERSON WHO ENTER TO PERFORM THESE CLEANING TASKS MUST USE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY PPE: -HAIRNET. -EYE PROTECTION LENSES...
