- Disinfection or deodorization services - Fumigation services with experience in pests such as: jates, cockroaches, sancudos, mosquitoes, ants, rats, small mice, etc.; This company must guarantee the effectiveness of the minimum chemicals for 6 months; The fumigation must be carried out in the different buildings in which Sedesol operates, as well as in the parking area, green areas, swallows and gutters. The buildings are described below: *Sedesol 2 (3 -level building) located on Republic Avenue of Costa Rica, Diagonal Banco Banhcafe, with an area of Construction of 1,264.11 mts2. *Sedesol 3 (5 level building) located in Florencia Oeste, Second Avenue No 3715, with a construction area of 750 mts2. *Sedesol 4 (Pedregal) (1 level building: Winery) located in Colonia Altos de San Jose del Pedregal, next to the pantry supermarket Family, with a construction area of 900 m2. (It is a single room there are no offices). *Sedesol 5 (Barrio La Bolsa) down the SIT on the edge of the river.
