- Distilled water or deionized water - 2,048 bottles of distilled sterile water for FCO 50ml injection. Administration via: intravenous. Article 113 of the General Provisions of the 2024 Budget: Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second paragraphsand third of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree NO74-2001 of July 1, 2001 published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with fine equivalent to zero point thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relationwith the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog and goods contractsand services that celebrate the institutions of the public sector. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise notIt will be considered in the process.
