Ceden, Northern Sector.; Choloma, Cortes, March 19, 2026 Dear Sirs: The Municipality of Choloma, invites you to submit an offer for the following acquisition: 1. General Description: The Municipality of Choloma requires to hire a company, hereinafter referred to as The Contractor in this document, to supply the works of "Improvement to the Electrical System in CEB Abraham Bueso Pineda, Col. Ceden, Northern Sector." Choloma Municipality, Department of Courts; with a company that meets the technical conditions to provide the requested work. 1. Contract Method: The acquisition modality promoted through this invitation is Minor Works Contracting and will be governed by the State Contracting Law and its Regulations. 2. Eligible bidders: 1.
