Document storage services - 1.1 The offeror undertakes to provide the Bank for the following services subject to this contract: 1. Conservation, organization and registration of documentation in boxes under international standards. 2. Sealing and labeling of the document boxes. 3. Initial transfer of 3,370 boxes of document. 4. Creation of documentation database contained in the boxes. 5. Storage and monthly custody of document boxes. 6. Location of documents (boxes) by software or digital platform. 7. Submitted and eventual collection of document boxes. 8. Monthly sent by email and report of the document boxes in custody. 9. Advice and training in said initial archiving process. 10. Have qualified personnel for file operations. 1.2 Modality of the provision of the storage and custody service. The modality under which the storage and custody service will be provided will be closed boxes, in which the offeror receives them closed and sealed and does not have access to the documents contained in them, sending the full box at the request of the bank. ...
