- Domestic coffee makers-acquisition of 10 coffee makers of 100 cups each according to DSS-1330-2025. Important: The contributions must contain Name or social reason of the RTN company, signature and seal, contact, address and that is within the established date Note: in accordance with the Decree Legislative No. 266-2013 and article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is considered that the INJUPEMP is entitled to the exemption of the payment of the Sales Tax, as stipulated in article 16 of the current Tax Code, of Decree Decree Legislative No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this sales tax exemption benefit. By virtue of the foregoing, it is established that suppliers that invoice goods or services to INJUPEMP are in obligation of issuing invoices with exemption from sales tax for purchases made by this social forecast entity. To do this, it is necessary that the adjudicated suppliers meet the following documentary requirements, the awarded providers or the following must be recorded with the following Documentations: Constance payments on account (of not submitting it, 1% of the payment is retained and if you give them the withholding document) current fiscal solvency.
