Domestic sewing machines - The Results-Based Management Department hereby requests the quote 3-OASIS FOR WATER WITH CABINET SUITABLE FOR PLACING A HIDDEN BOTTLE AND PROVIDING HOT AND COLD WATER Note: it may be awarded per item in some cases. The Quote must be presented in physicalico and sealed envelope, must be prepared on the letterhead of the participating company that describes the following information: Name of the company, RTN, Telephone Number, Address of the establishment and Email address; Place and date of issue; Description of the product or service offeredted, unit price, ISV (if applicable) and total price. The product or service offered must meet the requested technical specifications, and must attach an information brochure for the product or service if necessary; DESCRIBE THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED ANDVALIDITY OF THE OFFER; NAME, POSITION, SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE COMPANY.
