Obligation Make a field visit to offer. Any offer received must adhere to the ONCAE-005-2021 circular that establishes in paragraph 5 the following: the suppliers are instructed that for the presentation of physical offers on the Honducampras 1 platform 1 must adjust the regulation established in article 111 of the Regulation of the State Contracting Law.
