Double room - The following requirement is requested: hotel and food facilities service located in the city of Comayagua for training of Team Building for Saturday, July 19, 2025: 1. Conference hall with minimal capacity for 68 people. Minimum measures: 3.50 m wide x 11.80 m long and living room space 10.15 m long x 11.79 m wide. With chairs and tables with shelf for all participants, arranged for the conference, sound with 2 wireless microphones, 1 projector and 1 screen. Permanent coffee and water station inside the living room. 2. Exclusive green area for a group of 68 people, for playful training activities. 3. Food and Refill drinks for 68 people: Breakfast: Typical, fruits, coffee and juice (9:00 a. M.) Lunch: 1 meat, 3 accompaniments, soda or natural juice (12:00 p. M.) Coffee break: 3 snacks and natural juice (4:00 p. M.) Dinner: 1 meat, 3 accompaniments, soda, coffee or natural juice. (8:00 p.m.) waiters service for each hour of food. Hydration Station for Outdoor Activities: 3 Hyyeras containing 68 water bottles and 68 bottles of moisturizing drink varied flavors.
