The Offer must be submitted and sealed in original in the name of the San Pedro Sula Fire Department, the supplier must accept exonerated purchase order, any offer received must adhere to the ONCAE-005-2021 circular that establishes in paragraph 5 the following: the suppliers are instructed That for the presentation of physical offers on the Honducampras 1 platform, the regulation established in article 111 of the State Contracting Law Regulation must be adjusted.
