Exterior painting services - The Directorate of Management for Results hereby requests a quote for: Painting Service Contract for the DIGER building, with a total of 2,760.41 estimated square meters, within a period of 2 weeks and is required a guarantee of at least1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb88919972 years. This work will consist of the application of at least two coats of high-quality water-based paint for exteriors until reaching the optimum finish, on all the exterior walls of the DIGER buildings. The Contractor shall follow the instructions of the paint manufacturer in cRegarding mixing, care and application. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of all types of dust, oil, loose fine particles, efflorescence, fungus, chemical contaminants, etc. To ensure efficient cleaning and adherence of the paint, the walls will be treated with lSheet No. 80. At least two coats of paint will be placed on each surface, applied gently, the surfaces must present absolute uniformity without traces, stains or bumps. This activity includes the necessary patching in the block wall, in Durock and in the wings to leave allGive the exterior walls in optimal conditions. The height to work is approximately 4.50 meters, so scaffolding is required.
