- Feasibility studies or selection of project ideas - ONE (01) CONTRACT TO CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: The scope of this consultancy is to contract professional services with the purpose of preparing the Salaries and Salaries Manual based on Competencies and Responsibilities,with its application tools, and its representative graphics by work area for the use of TJE applicants. Likewise, the Salaries and Salaries Manual will be a fundamental tool for decision-making by the Plenary of Magistrates. MAIN ACTIVITIES TO BE DEVELOPEDconsultant must have the experience to carry out the following activities: 1. The Contractor must prepare and present a work plan with its schedule; establishing the delivery times of each product in accordance with what is established by the ECJ Authorities. 2. Attendance at meetingsPeriodic work meetings, with the Human Talent Area of the TJE, to present the progress of the products and continue the guidelines related to the Manual process. 3. Develop the methodology of how to theoretically and graphically design the results of the study of salaries and wagesof the institution. 4. Presentation, before the Human Talent Area, of the theoretical and Structural proposal of the contents of the Salaries and Salaries Manual and its tools. 5.
