Fiesta services in tents - The hiring of a room for 80 people in hotel is requested for the realization of an event on June 25, from 8:00 a.m. at 1:00 p.m., with the following characteristics :. Accessibility for people with disabilities., Suitable for receiving authorities. Parking availability for attendees, school type assembly. Permanent water and coffee station. Entrance table for the registration of participants space for attention to the media. That includes the following services: 80 lunches each composed of: 1 meat, 2 garrisons, bread or tortilla with their respective drink (varied flavor), to be served at 12:00 pm. 80 Coffe Breaks each composed of: 2 salty mouthpieces, 2 sweet mouths with their respective drink (varied flavor) to be served according to the time indicated. Equipment rental Complete audiovisual, including the following: 2 microphones (wireless cable, preferably wireless). LED screen of approximate dimensions 4 meters wide by 2 meters high (4x2) including its accessories with corresponding structure and support.
