- FIXED TEVONOS - 1 Purchase of telephone plant PBX /IP for the service of the Secretary of Agriculture and Livestock that allows to manage the telephone service at the central headquarters and in the regional ones, both of the SAG of DIGEPESCA and PRONAGRI This acquisition must include the following: a PBX /IP plant That allows the Menejo of at least 100 telephone lines, with the capacity of 2 Ports SIP Trunk, which has the minimum capacity to handle 500 telephone extensions, should be included as part of the telephone plant that allows to manage 500 extensions or more. This plant to consider the service of Installation, configuration within the SAG data network and regional, programming them including the recording of messages in Spanish and English to allow an interactive navigation in the MENUS at the time of making a call to the central number XXXXXX-AGRO and allow Transfer the call according to the selection chosen by the user.
