Flags - Only the Military Industry of the Armed Forces (IMFFAA) is invited to participate in the quotation process, complying with the provisions of Article 121; of Decree No. 62-2026 that contains the General Budget of Income and Expenditures of the Republic and its General Provisions, Reformulated, Fiscal Year 2026 which literally says: All the Institutions of the Central, Deconcentrated and Decentralized Government, as well as their attached programs, including Legislative and Judicial Powers, and constitutional entities, that require services from the Honduran Postal Company (HONDUCOR), the National Graphic Arts Company (ENAG), the Honduran Telecommunications Company (HONDUTEL), the National Supplier of Basic Products (BANASUPRO) and the Military Industry of the Armed Forces (IMFFAA) are obliged to request a quote for said services in those places where these companies have coverage. Acquisition of eight (8) Honduran flags for interiors, navy blue color made official by the present government, in its two horizontal stripes and in its five (5) stars located in the central white stripe; The five external or protruding vertices must be well defined (tips or peaks). They must be made on both sides of good quality satin fabric, for interior spaces, the stars must be embroidered on both sides of the face; measuring 39 ½ wide x 76 ½ inches long; double-chamber...
