Description:
For the 2021 general election process and in accordance with the Electoral Law, which instructs the National Electoral Council (CNE) in the implementation of a biometric identification system in all Vote Receiving Boards (JRV), a process was carried out acquisition of an engine bd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28iometric, including biometric equipment used in JRVs. This contract included direct technical support from the manufacturer in 2021, which expired in October 2022, the Directorate of Technological Systems and Strategies (DSET) in accordance with the restructuring and requestsis sent for highly important systems, it is requested to reactivate technical support, with the objective of receiving updates, security patches and improvements to the biometric system, this, to keep the system ready for any request to the CNE. The term of the contract will be(1) year from the signing of the contract.
