For the hiring of a consulting company that develops the data lifting project for the payment of the subsidy to urban transport users at the national level, the following deliverables are included: 1. The project must be coordinated by the contracted consulting company and hold advances with administrative management. 2. Documentation of all projects of projects. 3. Compliance indicators According to periodicity indicated, these are sent and submitted to the Administrative Management. 4. Preventive monitoring of activities execution. 5. Follow -up meetings with those involved in the project. 6. Project satisfaction monitoring after project implementation. 7. Use of the information collection tool, for the execution of the survey. 8. Design a process of collection of information defined by a survey that will be designed by the Honduran Land Transportation Institute (IHTT). 9.
