IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE SUPPLIER WHO PRESENTS THE COMPLETE OFFER AND WHO BELONGS TO THE ITEM ACCORDING TO ITS OPERATIONS PERMIT. THE OFFER MUST BE PRESENTED SIGNED AND SEALED IN ORIGINAL IN THE NAME OF THE FIRE CORPORATION OF HONDURAS, ATTACH THE RTN AND FISCAL SOLVENCY OF THE COMPANY. THE SUPPLIER MUST ACCEPT EXEMPT PURCHASE ORDER AND DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH MINIMUM CREDIT OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS. ALL OFFER RECEIVED MUST ADHERE TO CIRCULAR ONCAE-005-2021 WHICH ESTABLISHES THE FOLLOWING IN PARAGRAPH 5: SUPPLIERS ARE INSTRUCTED THAT FOR THE PRESENTATION OF PHYSICAL OFFER ON THE HONDUCOMPRAS 1 PLATFORM THE REGULATION ESTABLISHED IN THE ARTICLE 111 OF THE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE PROCUREMENT LAW.
