Fresh mixed dishes - A room with capacity for (100) people is requested, preferably a hotel room, for 03/22/2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (it is important that it has access for people with disabilities, older adults), auditorium-type setup, main table for 5 people, tableregistration for 2 people, coffee and water station, white with turquoise blue tablecloths, chair lining, flagpole, Honduran flag, centerpiece (on main table), wifi, parking. 100 coffee breaks are requested as follows: 2 salty bites, 3 sweet bites, with their respectivevo juice (orange), to be delivered at 8:00 am. 100 lunches are requested as follows: 1 meat, 3 side dishes, with a roll, which includes dessert, with its respective soft drink (varied flavor), to be delivered at 12:00 midday Audio visual equipment of the following is requestedway: 2x3 meter screen, data show, 3 wireless microphones, quality audio and sound.
