Frozen fruit - Ceremonial and Protocol Request for event “PRESENTATION OF ACHIEVEMENTS” Below are the details of what is requested: Hotel or event center service in the City of Tegucigalpa. -For 210 people - 21 round tables for 10 people each -210 padded and metal chairs of the same color or with lining -Glassware with its accessories and table linens -biosafety measures -Ample parking -hours: entrance 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Likewise, it is proposed as a tentative date of carrying out the event between the dates of the week of Monday, December 8, and Friday, December 12 of this year. It may take another day if availability exists. 210 Food Unit: - Starter: creams or soup - Dinner: one (1) meat, three (3) garnishes, one (1) roll. - Desserts: (if possible 3 leches cake or flan) - Assorted soft drinks with refil, later the menu will be chosen. Audiovisual Equipment: -2 data Show -2 projection screen -2 wireless microphones -sound for 250 people in an atmosphere consistent with the local 12 Waiters Waiter service
