Global position system receptors - Technical characteristics are required: at least 2 inches color, legible under the sunlight and with at least a resolution of 240x320 mega pixels. Include pre -installed maps with roads and paths with establishment function of routes, compatibility with GPS and Glonass satellite systems, internal memory of at least 8GB for map download and a micro SD card slot, 3 -axle compass and barometric altimeter, at least 25 hours of autonomy in GPS mode with 2 double AA batteries, at least IPX7 classification. The Commission Determine whether the breach of one of the aforementioned characteristics is a matter of disqualification, or if it is not substantial for the operation of the equipment.
