- Expression of Interest are invited for Greenfield Textile Honduras Description: IFC—the private sector arm of the World Bank—signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Client and is supporting the Project-s development. With IFC-s support, the Client completed the pre-feasibility phase of the Project in May 2023.At present, the Client is seeking a financial advisory consultancy or investment bank (the “Consultant”) to support its search for a strategic partner and equity investor (the “Strategic Partner”) to join the Project in its upcoming full-feasibility phase. The Strategic Partner will be expected to have substantial technical experience and knowledge in textiles manufacturing and to join the Client as a full joint-venture partner through an equity investment in the Project. The Consultant will assist the Client in identifying a suitable Strategic Partner to support the development of a greenfield fabric mill in Honduras (the “Project”).
