- Hire the professional services of a Structural Engineering Specialist, for the purpose of reviewing, evaluating, analyzing, validating and technically approving or rejecting the structural studies, including the design of foundations and the diagnosis of the existing structure, contained in Product No. 2: “Preliminary and Complementary Studies”, prepared by the Design Company or Consortium of the National Police Academy (ANAPO). The specialist will be responsible for verifying the quality technical, methodological coherence and regulatory conformity of the studies and structural models developed, including the survey and diagnosis of existing buildings, the evaluation of their structural behavior, the criteria of proposed design and base structural modeling, ensuring compliance with current national and international standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, NSR-10, NEC, Eurocode 2, CFE, among others), issuing observations and recommendations that optimize the efficiency, sustainability and technical validity of the results.
