Description:
Hiring of services to carry out works of: • The work includes the underpinning of the support structures of the Winery building, this to reinforce the existing walls which are supporting the greatest amount of the weight of the second floor in the present. To reinforce the foundations, it is proposed to create a strip of approximately 60 micropiles spaced approximately 1.0 m apart, varying their distance slightly in the areas where the bases of the frames will be placed. • After underpinning of the foundations of the walls, the cracks will be patched by injecting structural mortar. The goal is to stop the movement of the walls to limit the spread of damage. Once stopped movement, patching can be done on the walls, for which an injection of structural mortar will be used in the largest cracks, such as those located in Warehouse 2. While the lighter ones, such as those located in the offices, warehouse 1, photo library and seizures can be repaired by polishing and stripping the area. Additionally, the reinforcement of the walls of warehouse 2 is contemplated, which support most of the load of the second floor and have been damaged by the settlements.
