UNFPA seeks to sign a contract for the supply of hotel services during 2026, in accordance with the following: The hotel must provide the services required by UNFPA in a professional, efficient and punctual manner. The services will include, but are not They will be limited to the following: 1. Events and meetings The hotel must identify the conference room or rooms most appropriate for the event it intends to organize. The hotel must ensure that said place has an adequate security system. He UNFPA may request review and approval by the United Nations Department of Safety and Security. · Food and Beverages: When the event requires it, food services will be requested (breakfast, lunch, dinner).· It will also provide a coffee break service (coffee, tea, juices, water, snacks) and a tea, coffee and water station. Water and coffee will always be available for participants throughout the duration of the events. · Equipment: The hotel must be in willingness to provide the following services when required: o Audiovisual equipment (screens, printer service, photocopying service, microphones, projectors, telephones and others). o Ensure all equipment is installed and in perfect working order; o Internet access; o Printing and photocopying service. 2.
