ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the contracting lawof the State, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the balanceof the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog.
