RECEPTION OF OFFERS: Reception of quotes will be no later than Friday, October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Offers may be delivered: In physical form, or through electronic means as long as the quote has the following: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT THE QUOTE MUST CONTAIN: A.
