- Internet service providers (ISP) - ITEM 1: (1 UND) CONTRACTING OF THE INTERNET SERVICE FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026, the technical specifications of the dedicated internet service are as follows: Link Symmetric Dedicated Internet, with a minimum guaranteed speed of 150 Mbps down and 150 Mbps up or higher depending on the provider's availability: Specific service requirements: •Link availability: the service must have a Minimum availability guarantee of 99%, supported by proactive monitoring and management mechanisms. •Technical Support: specialized technical support is required 24/7/365, with response times according to the criticality of the service, ensuring attention immediate response to any incident. •IP addresses: the service must include three (3) Fixed Public IP addresses, not shared, assigned exclusively for the use of the institution. •Operational capacity and stability: in order to guarantee a optimal signal for videoconferencing and allow the simultaneous connection of more than 50 devices without degradation of the service, the provider must install and supply two (2) additional routers, configured to ensure coverage, balancing and stability of the network. •Installation: the supplier must include details of the installation costs, if applicable, as well as any additional equipment required for correct implementation...
