- License management software - RENEWAL OF ONE HUNDRED (100) OFFICE 365 LICENSES AND ACQUISITION OF TEN (10) NEW OFFICE 365 LICENSES, WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS: They must include the productivity applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive; Access to cloud storage (Minimum 1 TB per person); Security and premium features; The licenses can be per user or license package for use by 6 users. If licensed per package, it must be of a manageable type; The licenses They are for local installation and use on a PC and laptop in a Windows environment; The licenses are for desktop use, not "web environment". License for one year. NOTE: THE AWARD WILL BE MADE ACCORDING TO BUDGET AVAILABILITY TO THE SUPPLIER WHO PRESENTS THE MOST ECONOMIC OR ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER AS A RESULT OF THE OBJECTIVE EVALUATION OF THE PRICE AND THE OTHER FACTORS PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLES 51 AND 52 OF THE STATE PROCUREMENT LAW, ALSO THIS PROCESS WILL BE AWARDED TO THE COMPANY THAT CONTAINS ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT ARE CURRENT AND MEET THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS.
