• Life insurance - 3. Technical Specifications TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE REQUIRED INSURANCE POLICIES TECHNICAL INSURANCE CONDITIONS The insurance policies: a) Group Life, b) Hospital Medical Expense with Dental and Ophthalmological Coverage, They will be financed by the COMMISSION FOR THE DEFENSE AND PROMOTION OF COMPETITION (CDPC) only for the staff (insured holder) of the CDPC. The policies corresponding to dependent family groups will be financed with staff funds enrolled in the policy in his capacity as the insured holder, however, the benefits will be the same, will not be reduced and will be governed by the same compliance guarantees as those corresponding to the insured holders. They will be protected in the present policies; all current and future permanent officers and employees who enroll in this policy during the term of the contract. The requested insurance will be valid for one calendar year from the date indicated in the notification of the award, with continuity of preexistence and all the coverage conditions contained in this specification, of the Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Competition.
