Fidelity guarantee insurance - Fidelity bond for Ms. Edith Marissela Figueroa, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the Solidaria Network Program with Rank of Secretary of State, in compliance with Article 97. Cautions, of The Organic Law of the Superior Court of Auditors, articles 126. Fixationand Qualification of Sureties, 128. Fidelity Guarantee and 129. Average for Fixing Surety, of the Regulations of the Organic Law of the Superior Court of Accounts; and Article 228 of the General Provisions of the Budget for the Execution of the General Budget of Income and Expenditures ofthe Republic Fiscal Year 2022, for an amount of L 500,000.00, valid for one year. The following must be taken into consideration in the application: "In the insurance contract it will be stipulated that the insurer will charge the bonded public officials and employees, the payments made in favor ofthe State as a consequence of improper use and infidelity in the management of public goods. The collection actions carried out by both the State and the insurance company must be carried out in accordance with the reports produced by the Internal Audit units of each institution and/or the TSuperior Court of Accounts. The payment made by the insurance company in compensation for the infidelity of the public official or employee in the management of public assets or resources does not exempt him from the civil, administrative or criminal liability that corresponds according to the Law."
