THE SERVICE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1 ) THE SE SUPPLIERd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28RVICIO MUST CARRY OUT SAMPLING OF EACH TRANSFORMER ACCOMPANIED BY PERSONNEL FROM ENEE SUBSTATIONS, THE TRANSFORMERS ARE LOCATED IN THE SUBSTATIONS: LA CANADA, MIRAFLORES, LA LEONA AND LAINEZ IN TEGUCIGALPA 2) THE SUPPLIER MUST ENSURE THAT THE TESTS WILL BE DONE IN A WORKd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED CERTIFIED RATORY AS BEING SDMYERS, DOUBLE, AND/OR TJH28. 3) SAMPLING MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL, IN ACCEPTED CONTAINERS AND CERTIFIED BY THE LABORATORY AND MUST BE SURE TO RECORD THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SAMPLE AT THE TIME OF SAMPLING 4) THETESTS TO BE PERFORMED ARE: PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS WHICH INCLUDES: ACIDS, INTERFACIAL TENSION, DILECTRIC RIGIDIES ASTM D877, COLOR, SPECIFIC GRAVITY, VISUAL INSPECTION, SEDIMENT, INHIBITOR CONTENT, LIQUID POWER FACTOR, KARL FICHER, FURAN COMPOUNDS, DGA (ANLI SIS OF DISSOLVED GASES), Md0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28DISSOLVED ETHALS, CORROSIVE SULFUR. 5) THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST DELIVER THE ORIGINAL REPORT, COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS, ORIGINAL, BY THE LABORATORY THAT CARRIED OUT THE TESTS 6) THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ANALYSIS SHOULD BE UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER HAVING TAKEN THE TEST.
