Maintenance and repair of industrial cleaning equipment - THE SERVICE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) THE SERVICE SUPPLIER MUST CARRY OUT SAMPLING OF EACH TRANSFORMER ACCOMPANIED BY PERSONNEL FROM ENEE SUBSTATIONS, THE TRANSFORMERS ARE LOCATED IN THE SUBSTATIONS: THECANADA, MIRAFLORES, LA LEONA AND LAINEZ IN TEGUCIGALPA 2) THE SUPPLIER MUST ENSURE THAT THE TESTS WILL BE DONE IN A CERTIFIED INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED LABORATORY SUCH AS SDMYERS, DOBLE, AND/OR TJH28. 3) SAMPLING MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL, IN ACCEPTED CONTAINERS ANDRTIFIED BY THE LABORATORY AND YOU MUST MAKE SURE TO RECORD THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SAMPLE AT THE TIME OF SAMPLING 4) THE TESTS TO BE CARRIED OUT ARE: PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS WHICH INCLUDES: ACIDS, INTERFACIAL TENSION, DILECTRIC RIGIDIES ASTM D877, COLOR, SPECIFIC GRAVITY, INSPECTION VISUAL, SEDIMd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28IENTS, INHIBITOR CONTENT, LIQUID POWER FACTOR, KARL FICHER, FURAN COMPOUNDS, DGA (DISOLVED GAS ANALYSIS), DISSOLVED METALS, CORROSIVE SULFUR. 5) THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST DELIVER THE ORIGINAL REPORT, COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS, ORIGINAL, BY THE LABORATORY THAT REPRESENTSI PERFORM THE TESTS 6) THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ANALYSIS SHOULD BE UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER HAVING TAKEN THE TEST. **************************** **** We cordially greet you from the Department of General Services of the ENEE, at the same time we invite you to participate in minor purchasing processesd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28...
