Gentlemen: The National Electric Energy Company invites you to submit an offer for the following acquisition: 1. General Description: The ENEE requires hiring a company that supplies the CONTRACTING works OF: “REPAIR OF OFFICES OF THE REGIONAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF CHOLUTECA, CHOLUTECA” with the objective of maintaining and/or improving the facilities; with a company that meets the technical conditions to provide the requested work. 2. Contracting Modality: The acquisition modality promoted through this invitation is Minor Works Contracting and will be governed by the Law of State Contracting and its Regulations. 3.
