Maintenance or repair services of air conditioning - hiring of a company to provide preventive and corrective maintenance of 123 air conditioning (27 central types and 96 mini split) installed in the Injupemp building, annexes and Germany Dia de Germania . Until December 31, 2022. SCHEDULE OF THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING: * RETURN FILTER CLEANING * Cleaning of unit tray and backup tray. * Cleaning of drainage pipe. * Cleaning of condensate pumps. * SERPENTÍN CLEANING OF EVAPORADOR WITH WATER. * Serpentin cleaning of the condenser with water. * Verification of the mechanical and electrical functioning of the unit. * Inspection of electrical devices. * Care of emergency calls without additional collection (response within 24 hours maximum) * Delivery of report for each visit made.
